When I enter ZOOM using FIREFOX browser, the message I receive is that FIREFOX does not support ZOOM connecting to my microphone/audio (I connect to ZOOM via browser). This did work up until about 2 weeks ago.

Any ideas?

Try clearing site cookies and disabling Tracking Protection for the site.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
