Hi - Just recently (within the past week) I've been running into several issues with Google Drive on Firefox, namely that it doesn't recognize that I'm online so I can't open or edit documents. When the pages do load during brief moments of connection, the page never fully loads and the little dot on the tab continues to move back and forth, showing there's still more to load.

I've tried the following with no luck: - clearing Firefox cache and cookies - signing out and signing back in to Google Drive - restarting Firefox after doing each of the above - restarting my computer - checking to make sure I have the most recent Firefox version (I do: 157.0.1)

I am able to log into Google Drive in Chrome and have no issues at all. Also, I'm not having this issue with any other websites. Do you have any guidance for me? I really don't want to move over to Chrome, but my entire job requires Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.

QR code for BankID loggin and KIVRA (in Sweden) is not visibel when I use latest version (157) of Firefox. When I use Firefox version 152 is it working. I have a mac OS version 10.15.8. What could be the problem?

MacOS Tahoe 26.7.1 Firefox Ver 157.0 My download preferences are ignored and downloads go directly to download folder without asking. All downloads have a .part extension even after download is complete. I tried trouble shooting mode and then added a new profile but the problem happens in all instances.

I cannot download anything from any website when browsing on Firefox. My decision is therefore whether to download an older version of Firefox or use Safari just for downloading files, which means creating new links on Safari for all emails and other websites that I download from. This problem is since the update to Firefox 157.0 which has been several days now so seems to be permanent. Will this bug be fixed?

I accidentally wiped out my customization of the firefox app. I do not want to save search history, websites visited after I close down firefox. How do I do this? I want to retain the short cuts to websites

My account says it was set up with a Gmail email account. When I attempt to add a secondary account it says I already have that account. But I only see my gmail account. How to I change my primary email?

My Apple desktop crashes frequently in different applications (while in gmail, on Facebook, etc.) and it sends a report to Apple every time. It never does it if I use Safari. If I can reload Firefox to fix it please let me know how to do that. Thanks.

Whenever I open Firefox on my MacBook Air and attempt to search via Google, I receive the following message from Google with a Captcha request to verify that I am not a robot. "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending this request." This does not happen in Safari nor when i use Google on my iPad or iPhone - all of which use the same IP address. I have refreshed Firefox and it is on the latest version. This started about two weeks ago. There is no malicious software on my computer. I have cleared all cookies and browsing history. Help!

In my Settings, the browser's fallback language is set to Portuguese, without giving me any other language choice, nor leaving it blank. I assume this is the reason I keep seeing menus, notifications, etc., randomly popping up in Portuguese.

Hello, apparently with the newest update to Firefox, they decided to change locations for elements like the sidebar and extension icons and the forward and back arrows. Is there any way to change these back to their previous locations (e.g., forward/back arrows on left side of search bar)? Also, I appear to be missing the icons for refreshing a page and opening a downloaded document. Where can I find these and how do I add them back to my header bars? I didn't find anything under the Settings menu.

Any help appreciated, as these apparently tiny changes are driving me crazy. I especially miss the refresh and open download buttons.

additionally, i cannot use my mouse anymore to speed up scrolling through my favorites. also, i deleted a folder from my favorites, but that folder still shows up in my favorites.
