What a cornucopia of issues and all probably caused by your antivirus being just to slow in doing it's job. All except the duplicates in the sent folder Microsoft properties and Google properties (to many domain names to mention for both)

Both of those providers add a copy of sent mails as they travel through their server on the way out. For some years Thunderbird support folks have been recommending that you disable the copy Thunderbird makes in the send folder as there is no opt out for the providers copy. Or put up with having two copies of each mail in the sent folder just call it the new normal.
