after update 91.0.1 on windows 10 x64, Firefox often Freezes

After update 91.0.1 for Windows 10 (64 bit) Firefox often freezes. I need to kill Firefox process from Task Manager to restart him. But after restart often freezes again, when loading opened tabs. Before this update this NEVER EVER happens.

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
