After I stop clicking/scrolling on any website windows I opened, their background color turn to black instead of transparent so to browse again I need to refresh them every time. ( I still can see/read through but it is "veiled"). Or right click and go to "inspect element" then to "inspector" to change background color from black to transparent. Well, you know it is CSS. I have tried all the things like disabling ad-on and extensions even cleaned the comp with new Kaspersky 2014 and also used Registry Fix Files software. Nothing. Please help me to find the solution. Is it something to do with Java Script? Thank you. This problem does occur on my off-line, internal files etc
