Interesting --- but nothing to worry about. This just means that you won't get graphics hardware acceleration because your system doesn't support "recent" GLX features.

Filed bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=659932 , patch coming.

I am running firefox 7.0.1 (Marked as up-to-date.)

I clicked on the link to your "Filed bug" and got this= '659932,' is not a valid bug number nor an alias to a bug.

I have an Nvidia 7800GT video card. Not the most recent model I agree but it should do hardware accelleration.
