Extension and theme images are hosted on addons.mozilla.org, make sure you have internet access and the site is not blocked. They are cached like any other remote resource, clearing the cache will require them to be re-fetched.

That didn't work - clearing cache.

What theme are you using? It may be responsible. Try restarting in troubleshoot mode to see whether the problem persists. You could also check for malware.

Zeroknight, Thank you for the response. Yes I was able to load the link. What I ended up doing was removing the Themes and installing again one by one. Now the images are showing again.
