I am using Thunderbird Lightening Calendar on MacBook Air. First it worked fine but now when I click on INVITE ATTENDEES the usual box to add invitees is hidden or not displayed. see attached image

The Invite Attendees window is too small. Place the cursor on the lower right corner until it turns into a double arrow, then click and drag the corner down to enlarge the window.
