I recently bought a new computer and had my data transferred from the old one, but the vast majority of my passwords have disappeared. Even after copying the logins.json and key4.db files from the "Old Firefox Data" folder, I was only able to recover 8 of my 50+ passwords. I can’t even manually change my passwords one-by-one because I don’t even remember all of my accounts, let alone my passwords.

Please help me.

You could try copying the old logins-backup.json to logins.json (with Firefox closed).

I did but nothing happened. At this point, I'm going to have to just reset every password I have one by one...

Well, I guess that helps to prevent this from happening again, but I do wish there was some way to regain the passwords that are still missing...

It would also help if you run more than 1 version of Firefox and on multiple devices. This way you can sync data in multiple places. Sync will see the different versions as different devices as you can see in my screenshot. This way your data is not just in one place on one device.
