Huge screens
Presently unable to use message filters or add new email accounts due to some screens zoomed to where I cannot get to the bottom to execute. Previously all attempts to correct this situation have proved futile. I need a procedure to delete EVERYTHING. I know I will lose all history, but it would be worth it to regain functionality. So please a procedure to blow all code away so I can install a clean copy. If there's some way to retain history before a clean wipe I would be grateful.

Reinstall not likely to help.
Does https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1716763 match your filter issue?
So how can I blow everything away. I have tried the Windows 10 uninstall, but when download and install I get no improvement. I could not find the place to delete the two lines from my Thunderbird profile.
To blow "everything" away, simply empty your profile folder and start Thunderbird. See Profiles - Where Thunderbird stores your messages and other user data
you might instead try deleting just panacea.dat
I attempted to blow everything away. I deleted program files and my profiles. I downloaded a fresh install, but it won't complete because it says it cannot locate a profile(???) The install wizard says to click on upgrade(???) Please help.
Open C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86). Delete the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if it exists in either of those locations. This will wipe Tbird's program files.
Next, go to the %APPDATA%, i.e C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming and delete the Thunderbird folder. This will wipe your profile and all Thunderbird data for your Windows user account.
Finally, download and install the latest version from thunderbird.net
