It is much easier if both computers were running exactly the same versions before moving the 'thunderbird' profile.

On old computer: What version of Thunderbird were you using? Suggest you make sure it is up to date current version is 78.7.1

then Exit Thunderbird Access profile folders and copy the 'Thunderbird' folder which is in the 'Roaming' folder C:\Users\<Windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird

On new computer: What version of Thunderbird were you using? Suggest you make sure it is up to date current version is 78.7.1 then Exit Thunderbird Access profile folders C:\Users\<Windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird Delete the default 'Thunderbird' folder Then paste the copied 'Thunderbird' folder from old computer into the 'Roaming' folder. Start Thunderbird.
