I tried opening Add-ons and themes by using the shortcut keys Ctrl+Shift+A, but it did not work. The add-ons tab didn't open. Nothing happened. Checked if there is any issue with the keys too, but they're working perfectly fine.

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
