Unable to send emails
This is the error message I receive.
An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.3.4 554 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied;Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Cannot submit message. 16.55847:69000000, 17.43559:0000000060010000000000000000000000000000,20.521. Please check the message and try again.
The last time I sent an Email, I had no problem. I know of nothing that changed in the computer.

For anti-virus & firewall software I use the following: ZoneAlarm Extreme Security version: 15.1.501.17249 Turning ZA off made no difference.
Thunderbird does work in safe mode but still was not able to send my messages.
Originally I was using smtp.aol.com and had to switch. As you suggested, I tried it again on port 465, SSL/TLS has remained always. Attached is the error message it was and again getting. It times out!
You cannot mix and match these. Use each provider's own smtp server; aol with aol, outlook with outlook, gmail with gmail.
Account 1 (and incidentally 2) are OK. All the others use someone else's smtp. Not good.
Thunderbird used to work very well. The solution is to use a different mail app and that is what I intend to do. I see that I am not the only one with unsolvable problems. I will be deleting Thunderbird from my computer. Thanks!
