Hi. I cant send emails. Ive contacted my isp and they say the problem is with Thunderbird. Iv etried changing the outgoing server port from 25 to 587. Ive disabled firewall and anti virus and still cant send. Any ideas?

Contact then again and ask them to explain why their server is issues "Service not available" error. when they can explain that, my guess is everything will start working again.
But in the mish mash of archaic web pages and half complete information I did manage to find an absolutely huge PDF file the tells how to set up outlook 2003 where I learned that authentication is not required for outgoing. So I suggest you turn it off in the outgoing settings.
BTW, I strongly suggest you do not use this service. The ports in use are at least a decade out of date and the absence of SSL/TLS encryption on the service leave it open to abuse and hacking.
