Emails on 2 accounts delete after about 3 weeks, but preferences are set to never delete and other accounts don't have this problem.

This problem is only experienced on 1 computer, but seems fine on other computers. However, because the 1 computer will not show emails from 4 weeks ago, I can't get them to my phone either. (The emails still exist on the mail client server & the settings seem to be the same on the other computers).
