Using yahoo email. When composing an email, the auto complete function is not working when I start typing an email address.

Works fine when using yahoo email on internet explorer.

I am using the latest version of Mozilla.

I noticed in the support section that other users have this problem also, but there has been no solutions posted.

Can anyone help with a solution?

Hi dipatbun , I do not know what might be causing this, but I can help try to eliminate if its being caused by Firefox.

  1. First please try Firefox in Safe Mode Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox
  2. Try clearing the cache of the site and visit it as if it was the first time. How to clear the Firefox cache
