Why will the bookmarks on my phone not sync with my laptop?

My bookmarks from my laptop have synced with my phone, but my bookmarks on my phone haven't synced with my laptop. I have latest version of Firebox on both devices and since my bookmarks partially synced I know I have signed into my account on both devices. I have checked the setting on my phone and laptop and both are setup to sync bookmarks.

I finally figured it out. If you go to View Bookmarks Sidebar or Show All Bookmarks, you can see the bookmarks synced from your mobile device.

I finally figured it out. If you go to View Bookmarks Sidebar or Show All Bookmarks, you can see the bookmarks synced from your mobile device.
