I'm requesting a past year refund & we can't find my billing port. $7.00 recurring 3rd of every month, donation for "GITHUB, or, now, what am I paying to?"

I (we) have paid a recurring $7.00 per month credit card payment to "Github" for 1/14 to 1/15. I'm now requesting a partial refund. That's a grand total of: $91.00 refund to my on-file credit card, ( January 3rd, 2014 to January,3rd, ,2015, 13 months). There is no such thing as "Github," and/or unreachable, and/or "Github" account ("gorchov/LEADOUT429" online ID, user name) was destroyed or lost. In any case "Github support" either doesn't exist, refuses to answer my emails, or, more than likely, lost my account a year ago. So, please, approve and authorize my 13-month refund.
