I am a business owner and I need to log into united health care provider portal. Mozilla will not allow me to access. I'm using this link: https://secure.uhcprovider.com/ and Mozilla will not allow me to go further. This is causing work stoppage. Chat GPT says the link is secure. HELP! I need access so I can get paid.

From Chat GTP:

https://secure.uhcprovider.com/ I checked that exact URL, and here’s the key point:

👉 secure.uhcprovider.com is actually configured with HTTPS and a valid SSL certificate—so under normal conditions, your browser should show it as secure.

So if your browser is blocking it or labeling it “not secure,” the problem is almost certainly local (your device/network) rather than a new issue with UHC.

Hi mlmurphy_,

Unfortunatley, I don't have an account to check further than the login screen (which I can access) and I don't see any reports on the webcompat platform. You may want to contact their support contact to see if they can help debug the issue.

You don't need an account. When I go to uhcprovider.com and then click "login", it does not take me to the login page. I get a Mozilla warning that says this: Be careful. Something doesn’t look right.

Firefox spotted a potentially serious security issue with secure.uhcprovider.com. Someone pretending to be the site could try to steal things like credit card info, passwords, or emails.

secure.uhcprovider.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.
