My Firefox account password is correct, but I cannot log in. The site says I need to complete the "Get Support" process before my account becomes active again. I don't understand what I need to do next or where to write the required information.

We have a direct one-to-one support for Mozilla account (which is a different thing from peer to peer support forum like this one).
Please submit a new ticket from this page so our support agent can assist you further.
