Hello, I just reinstalled my operating system - UBUNTU 16.04 - which has the firefox by default. I have trouble to make the toolbars visible. The menus do not work, the selection doesn't appear. Not in the VIEW drop down menu, nor through customize. What can I do?

Ubuntu usually modifies its branded Firefox version version from the repositories and thus that Firefox version can behave differently than the official Firefox version. In case of issues with this special Ubuntu version you can try the Firefox version from the Mozilla server.

Please explain in detail and locations as no idea what is going on.

If you mouse to a empty spot at the top of the browser and Right Click then Click to turn on the Toolbars from the Menu.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
