I can access videos in Explorer but not Firefox for http://www.thepaintinganddrawingchannel.co.uk/tv-anytime.html.
I use Firefox exclusively but this website - http://www.thepaintinganddrawingchannel.co.uk/tv-anytime.html - has art videos that I want to watch. I can only access them if I put the URL in Explorer. Why is this? Thanks!
Chosen solution
The four Drawing & Painting Bible videos on that page open a new page if I click them and the videos are hosted on YouTube.
Do you have any content blocking extensions?
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Ghostery, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version
You can check the Web Console for messages in case content is blocked.

Membership is required.
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Thanks for taking the time to answer. Membership is not required. I think the problem lies with a plug-in or some technology that runs videos. I have no other problems with Firefox and thus don't wish to start Firefox in Safe Mode. Thanks anyway.
When I look at this page, as an example, there is an embedded YouTube player: http://www.thepaintinganddrawingchannel.co.uk/prog-1.php
What do you get in the player area -- just empty space? Or do you get a YouTube player that doesn't work?
Will they play for you on their YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/paintinganddrawing/videos

Thank you! I had Adblock Plus and have disabled it. I now see and can play the videos.

Thank you! I wasn't aware of their YouTube channel and the videos play perfectly on it. I can even watch older videos now! :-)
Load the web page. After the page is loaded, click the down arrow next to the AdBlock icon. Now select Disable on <website>. Reload the page.

Thanks so much! I had no idea it is so easy to unblock for a particular website. Works perfectly.
Glad to help. Safe Surfing.
