how do I add adobe acrobat xi to my browser

I had adobe acrobat on my browser, when I updated to the larest browser version it does not show up in the add ons or customisation section. How can I add it to my browser?

Do you mean the Adobe Acrobat Create PDF extension that added a button to the toolbar to generate a PDF of the current page? It is not compatible with 64-bit Firefox, so you need to reinstall the 32-bit version.

(One of the main effects of the Firefox 56.0.1 update was to migrate 64-bit Windows users from the traditional 32-bit version of Firefox to the 64-bit version.)

While normally this kind of change is seamless -- the installer detects your existing data and preserves everything -- you might want to make a backup "just in case."

Note: If you decide to try 64-bit Firefox on the same system at some point in the future, see: How to switch from 32-bit to 64-bit Firefox.
