What happens when you try? Error messages?

After a couple of minutes I get a "Secure connection Failed" screen.

It worked back in February and since then I have not changed anything.

There is security software like Avast and Kaspersky and BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

This Connection is Untrusted is sometimes caused because the computer system clock is wrong. Check the time / date / time zone settings.

Fred I have been in touch with Dish people and they say it is my ISP. Firefox gives me other things to try. Why am I having problems now when this was never a problem before???????????????? I will contact my ISP this morning.

Fred I cannot find where to unflag my question as UNSOLVED. I cannot find a link "to the right". This forum is very confusing to me. MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED FOR EVERYONE OUT THERE.

Fred......FYI My ISP says everything is good on their end. I tried using my cell phone and guess what....I can access my Dish account. This leads me to believe this a Firefox problem. So when will the BIG GUYS fix my problem?

Since it is happening in more than one browser, I am thinking that it is an issue with the computer's cache. In order to flush the locale cache you may need to run this command in the cmd.exe prompt.

/flushdns

A more detailed explanation is here: http://www.technipages.com/flush-and-reset-the-dns-resolver-cac...

did the above but got this windows cannot find ipconfig/flushdns

You need to add a space between the "g" and "/"

clearing the cache as suggested did not work. I did that before and it did not work then. Thanks to everyone that tried to solve this problem, but nothing has worked. I am giving up. Since I am a seasoned senior I have spent more than enough of my time on this problem. Life is short and so I don't need to see my dish account on my PC or Laptop. Thanks again
