Firefox is becoming unbearably slow.

No, no.. it's not my computer, or my internet connection.

Yes it's up to date.

It takes 4-6 seconds for a video to load up, 4K doesnt load at all.

On chrome.. it's INSTANT. Not just youtube, but any site I use.

Firefox is also slow on a my Outlook.com email service when I am playing a video or downloading something, I cant even compose a message because it glitches out.

I am writing this as a last ditch effort, everyone I know now uses Chrome. I prefer the UI of Firefox and prefer to separate myself from Google software, however if this doesnt get fixed I'm gone and not coming back.

Will me ditching firefox affect the company? Absoltley not, but I am fighting on to this browser like no ones business. I know lots of people are more impatient than me, so I know if FIrefox doesnt get up to Chromes standards of just normally loading a video it will eventually become the new Netscape.

One other example is I am loading a video on extreamsealexperience and I get the message ""Error loading stream: ID not found on server", and when I click back to a certain part of the video it hangs for up to 15 seconds. I open it on Chrome and I feel like I'm using Gigabit internet on how fast it loads.

Firefox also constantly crashes and youtube videos constantly stop loading to the point I have to clear my cookies and reload.

Does firefox even have a sandbox?

Maybe you should go hire your old CEO back, I never had these problems 3-4 updates ago.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

It's not a problem on my end, as stated before.

I just switched to Chrome, solved the problem.

Thanks
