I have no accsess to Norton Identity Safe since Firefox version 3.6.

I now have version 3.6.8. Norton Internet Security is now version 17.7.0.12. I hav re-installed Firefox and Norton Internet Security, but it dosent do no good. It works allright with IE. What to do?

I also am running Windows 7 with Norton 360 level 3.8.0.41; Identity Safe works on IE but not on Firefox 3.6.8.
