Who is your email provider?

What is your operating system?

What version of Thunderbird?

Please show us a screen shot of where it's asking for a password. I expect you know that you MUST have a password for your email account. There's no way around it - all email providers require it. It's usually (but not always) the same one you'd use to log into your web mail.
