Emails on some accounts are coming through twice.
So I have a couple of accounts that do this and not on others (Same domain and server) When the messages come through they are doubled like they are on a thread, but the same exact message. All settings in Thunderbird and the server email config are the same for all addresses,. I have three out of ten that do this for some odd reason.

I suggest you first test each account with its online access. That will let you assess the messages prior to being received by Thunderbird.
Thanks David. I have done that and they only come up once on line. (Direct on the server) Host states they are coming in fine and suggests it's a Thunderbird setting or glitch, but I cant find anything out of the ordinary. I have been using (and supporting!) Thunderbird for over 10 years. I would just uninstall and re-install, but I cant afford to lose my current emails. I will be checking into back up ideas, but I've already been burnt by Mozi Backup...
That type of problem usually happens where there are multiple accounts with something mixed in the setups. My only approach is such a situation would be a detailed review of all incoming and outgoing server settings, plus review of all filters. Also, identify the explicit account that is appearing in other accounts. This can also happen if one or more of the accounts are alias accounts. I suggest picking one account where its messages appear in its account and also in another account. That is, you would then have a specific description of the problem.
Yeah, I will try that. THX
