You can't recover a lost Primary Password, you would need access to an earlier copy of key4.db that doesn't have the PP set to be able to access the logins and possibly set a new PP. You can possibly keep a backup copy of logins.json and key4.db in the Firefox profile folder in case you remember the Primary Password and want to retry. Otherwise your only option is to reset the PP what will cause all logins to get lost.
