Strange Firefox Icons

I recently (and without my intervention) found I had two firefox icons on my Windows start up page. I decided to delete one but as soon as I did the other one changed from a fox to a single page of white paper. Is this an issue and can I correct it?

There are multiple solution that I think it might resolve this issue: 1. You may check if Firefox has any updates available. If there is, try to delete the duplicate icon and see whether it appears again. If it does, reinstalling the Firefox might help on this situation. 2. Try and see whether delete by right clicking works. If it doesn't, you may have to unhide hidden folders and delete duplicates icon then reboot to check whether the problem is resolved. 3. Create a new user account would be the most effective comparing to the above solutions.
