Emails print tiny

When printing emails from hotmail font size is tiny. This just happened last week. Doesn't happen with Chrome or Edge or IE. Tried changing settings in hotmail and firefox.. Tried the "-1" setting, didn't work (was already set to -1). Print outs from hotmail emails were fine til last week in Firefox. Very frustrating for a business that needs this function.

Please let me know if there's a fix I can do or a fix coming soon from Mozilla.

Hi Herman, normally when you choose Print from the message menu or click the printer icon, the Hotmail (https://outlook.live.com/owa/) site launches a separate window with a print-optimized version of the message. Are you getting that?

A little while ago, a user reported getting a completely different display, which displayed the supposedly printable message in the main window. That one printed too small. Does that sound like the problem you're having? As a workaround, you can open the message in a new window and then select print. Sorry for the extra step.
