Recently, when printing anything, the print is too small to read. I am using FF v 18.0.1 with Windows 7. Prints fine using IE.

Emails, documents, everything prints very tiny. This problem started within the last week to 10 days. I have an HP Photosmart 7510. I can print the same items in IE with no problems.

I'd appreciate any help.

Check the Print Scale and make sure that either 100% or Shrink to Fit is selected.

Where is the Print Scale located? If I go to Firefox and open print, it says it's not available.

From the orange Firefox button - Print > Page Setup
as explained in the support article which is hyperlinked

Or the Scale can be adjusted in Print Preview
