How long does it take until a change in a Theme is approved?

So, I have changed the header in my theme, but it hasn't been approved yet, how long will this take? (Are those german or international moderators who approve it? Since I am in germany)

The simple image background themes https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/Themes/Background likely take minimal time to approve compared to the Real complete Themes https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/complete-themes/ that can Theme all of the Firefox browser except for the websites you view in browser. Mozilla should really not be calling images as Themes.
