I can't download messages with attachments

I am getting VERY tired of your email client. I have a message on my server (I use mailwasher) that is a known sender, attachement size 3.9mb so not very big and it will not download. this is a recurring problem - VERY Frequent - probably everyother week w most weeks I just delete the message off the server w mailwasher so that I can get the remaining messages behind the one "objectionable" email which is simply impossible to find.

My operating system is windows 7 professional...

Does this also occur if you do not use Mailwasher ? I would suggest you find out if Mashwasher is causing this issue by switching it off for at least a few weeks to see if the regular mail with attachments comes through as expected.
