Everytime I try to log into my account on one website, it says 'Internal Error' (only in Firefox)?
Starting about 2-3 weeks ago, I couldn't access one webpage in where I access an account where I pay some bills on. It keeps saying 'Internal Error', saying to call the website's tech support. This website works on other browsers, just not Firefox it seems.
I have set my settings to 'no proxy', and have cleared all of my history. I don't know what else to do to get access to the website back. I am also not a coder, and this is my only laptop, so I am looking at solutions that are easy to understand and won't break my computer to where I would need outside help.

Hello,
It is most likely because Firefox is more strict about privacy. First, if it works in incognito, that means a setting has made it block.
First, go to history, then find the bill website, then right click the website, and click "Forget About This Site". after that, restart Firefox and try again.
If that doesn't work, go to the website, then click the shield icon (near top left), then switch the toggle to turn off protection for that website.
Lastly, make sure that you don't have any extra ad blockers that can hinder website elements.
If it didn't work in private window, you can try these : First, go to menu>settings>privacy&security, and scroll down till you see "Enable secure DNS using:..." and set it to off.
Next, try temporarily disabling your antivirus and test. if it works, add an exception rule, respectively.
If all else fails, it is best to just use another browser for the billing.
