When joining my daily Google Meet call, the audio is initially fine but when I change tab, change program or do anything other than look at the Google Meet tab, a crackling develops and gets worse the longer the Google Meet tab is not active. If I then switch to the Meet call, it alleviates the crackle but doesn't disappear altogether.

Things i've tried: - different earphones/headphones, bluetooth and wired, Mac's built-in speakers - disabled extensions - I've tried Chrome browser and the call works fine, no crackling whatsoever

Any ideas?

For the built-in VPN, I'm able to add websites to exclude either manually in the settings (Built-in VPN > Manage website settings) or from the webpage itself using the VPN icon. However, even when I save, if I close and re-open Firefox, the list is cleared and I have to re-add everything.

Is this normal or is there some other setting I'm missing?

I haven't been able to login to Bank of America since July 13. I reported the issue a couple of times. Today I was unable to logon to my Con Edison account. Earlier in the month it worked. I cannot report this site in your help system. It locks on the description page. Does any one work on these issues? I'm concerned that more and more sites will not support Firefox in the future. Firefox was named after Ailurus fulgens, the Red Panda. It is an endangered species. Will Firefox become an endangered browser?

Hello, I'd like to add a secondary email to my Mozilla account and change my primary email address. Unfortunately, when I try, I get a security prompt asking me to enter the code sent to my original address. I no longer have access to the original email address, so I can't input the code. Is there any other way I can change my primary email address?

Have tried all recommended fixes to enable usual Lottery sign in but no joy unless I do it in a private window. All cookies/racking/extensions etc. looked at but no joy. Only happened in last 2 weeks as have always managed to log in via usual window for years. Do not want to blow all history etc. away via Firefox as re-sets so many stats on sights I use so do this via CCleaner. At the National Lottery log in page detail is all there but the actual log in button greyed out. As I say can log in via Iphone or private window or using Edge so issue is with Firefox settings suddenly.

Some security software can cause this problem" I have tried all the help i can find and gone through Gemini AI recommendations and i am still left with a purple circle with a plus sign in it. Repaired Firefox and no change, removed Firefox and re-installed no change.

Hello, I am trying to add extensions from addon.mozilla.org, and any one that I click "Add to Firefox" shows this error code:

"Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt."

A few months ago, I was able to run extensions no problem (For the ad blocker) until my Firefox application updated automatically and it no longer works. My Firefox continues to update automatically since then and I am not able to use any extensions unfortunately.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been having to use Edge in the meantime, but I would prefer to use Firefox.

I am happy that FF has added great PDF capabilities. I have a problem with signatures. When I add my signature as an image, the result is a very poor resolution / quality signature image. Adobe Reader inserts the signature as a very high resolution / quality image.

Is there any update / solution to this? FYI I am using the same signature image but FF makes it BW and poor quality while Adobe Reader maintains the color and resolution.

The news keeps coming halfway up on my screen when I turn on Firefox. I have (under customize your homepage) turned off "Show news and interests" and "Trending on Bing". I have also tried refreshing Firefox and a couple of other things. What can I do?

My bank had me reinstall firefox. NOW I keep getting messages to create a new user because it shows I have previously logged in on a more recent version. I had used a version of 60 something and now I have something in the 40's (140.16.0 .Windows 11) I really hesitate to change users because I do not have a clear picture of what I will lose. Like bookmarks and saved stuff.

I would like to just stop the messages.

I can not access my on line credit account...Bank stated that it is a fire fox problem...Bank just updated there site recently...I had no problems until now...Forced to use edge now, which i do not want to use...

I have noticed in the last month or so a new phenomenon. I regularly need to access such platforms as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics. Previously with my FireFox VPN turned on I had no issues. Now I cannot access these sites unless I turn off the VPN. I think there was a FireFox update not long ago. Should I be experiencing this issue or is there a resolution to this problem?

I can't write Bengali fonts in Firefox. I tried several ways to fix it, but I couldn't. On Opera browser it's working good with Bengali Typing. In Firefox it's not working. I have tried to write আমার সোনার বাংলা it's going to like this (‘‘্রও েরনসমfv h১৥#৪% ). When I paste Bengali writing from other source it's working good like this আমার সোনার বাংলা. How can I fix this issue ?

I already went into safe mode but I had the same problem. I can get into my bank account but try to go to BillPay and it is loading forever. AT SwansonVitamins I do search for a product and it comes up with blank page and will not show any data or do anything. Nextdoorand Picknsave do not come up at all. Some other sites work but are very slow. I can get to those sites with Chrome.
