I am on Firefox version 139.0.

I do not have this message. Have I turned something off, not set a option, or is there a problem with Firefox?

How can I tell if a web page is not being displayed correctly because of a missing pop-up?

Do you get that banner when you go to https://www.dummysoftware.com/popupdummy_testpage.html ?
