Good morning, For several days now, the virtual keyboard which is used for entering my bank account pin, doesn't appear anymore. I'll mention that I made a try with Google Chrome and it works. I'll appreciate your help as I don't want to use Google Chrome. Best regards Maurice

Try clearing site cookies and disabling Tracking Protection for the site.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
