Hi, your Firefox identified itself as version 52 running Windows 2000, which could be caused by setting a backwards compatibility mode on the Firefox shortcut. I assume it is actually Windows XP, which is a very old version now.

I think you have the last version of Firefox that will run on Windows XP, but if you need to reinstall it, you can find the installer here (U.S. English): https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/52.9.0esr/win32/en-US/
