Chatzilla screen comes up blank

I'm using Win7, 64 bit, Firefox 24. I loaded ChatZilla and the screen just comes up blank. Tried reloading it Chatzilla no change. I tried restarting it, no change. Any suggestions?

Please make sure you are using Firefox 29 and the latest chatzilla (0.9.90.1). You can find Chatzilla's support site at http://chatzilla.hacksrus.com/faq/
