Firefox 18.0.2 snaps to full screen in Windows 7 (32 bit) even when I drag it to the side. Anyone else seeing this?

Somewhere around FF 15, windows 7 snap to half screen (drag FF window to left or right edge of desktop) stopped working. FF now snaps only to the full screen. This is really a pain since I often have two windows open (FF on one half, application like excel or outlook open in the other half). I keep hoping it will get fixed with the next release but I am still seeing this issues with 18.0.2.

Chosen solution

Safe mode was a good suggestion. FF half-screen snap worked fine in safe mode. I then jumped back to normal mode and started disabling add-on's until I figured out which one caused the problem (FindBar Tweak 0.5.5). All better now. Thanks!

hello, it does work without a problem for me (& i think the feature should be entirely handled by the OS, so the version of firefox shouldn't play any role in it). can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once?
