How to get rid of a program called Inbox that persists as my Home page ?

A few days ago when I logged on to free Wi Fi at a hotel a program called Inbox , with a search engine called Ask, installed itself as my web Home Page. It will not uninstall itself. I want to use Google as my start page. how can I get rid of Inbox and Ask?
