I just updated Firefox yesterday, but have I now lost all of my browser history? I can't find any history further than the time of updating my Firefox version. Is there a way to retrieve this older history?

Possibly not. If history gets deleted for some reason then it is usually gone.

Do you have any problems with the bookmarks as well?
