What is the recommended default font setting? (Tools/Options/Fonts and colors)

I apologize if this is stupid, but I can't get started on this solution. Where is the tools/options/fonts & colors menu that you refer to? I'm using W7 and firefox.

My concern is the ambiguity most fonts have built in vis-a-vis : small case L (l) and the number one (1) or the capital letter I number zero (0) and the letter o .

In a password, serial number, etc it is critical to be able to distinguish these. I use a font that has a dot zero or slash zero and distinctive 1,l and I when possible. (Andale, Mensch, Monarch, Crystal or Meslo are all in my fonts file in windows)

Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.

Use "Firefox > Options" instead of "Tools > Options" if the menu bar is hidden.
