I was trying to follow y’all’s published steps on how to turn on ad blocking and your published steps don’t align with what I see on my phone. I’ll reference the Settings > Browse > Content menu, but I have … > Media, not Content. Do I have some alt version? I just updated to 155.1. Why can’t I have this feature? Ads are cooking my phone and I’d like to have a browser level ad blocker.

From Block ads in Firefox for iOS — "This feature is experimental and is being introduced to the Firefox user base through a progressive rollout. It may not yet be available to all users. Additionally, remote improvements must be enabled."

Check your app store today for updates, if you didn't get the feature available earlier, you should see it today after updating to 156.1 (indeed, the setting section title change is a part of that change, yes).
