the site "Oregon College Savings Plan" which has kids 529 funds is sending an error message " wanring potential security risk"

For the last two weeks the site "Oregon college Savings plan" will not open saying there is a potential security risk. The error message said it may have something to do with the "clock" but when i clicked advanced to see if that was the problem,the page would not open.
