Dragging left/right on screen is switching between tabs and I can't turn it off

EDIT: Nevermind. Update fixed the issue!

As of today, when I drag left or right on the screen in the browser, it tries to switch between next/previous tabs. This happens even if there's a web app I'm using that allows for click-and-drag functionality. I can't find a setting to turn this feature off.
