Which password manager are you using?

If you mean the Firefox password manager, then you can add a password by going to the three horizontal line menu on the toolbar -> Passwords -> Click on the plus sign. (Screenshot 1)

Although, the Firefox password manager probably isn't the right place for credit cards. That would be in Firefox settings -> Payment methods -> Manage payment methods (2)
