If I use Thunderbird for Android to send or answer an e-mail it will be stored in the folder "Sent". That is correct, but I also receive a 100% copy of the e-mail in my Inbox. I cannot find a setting to switch off this behaviour.

The behavior sounds like you might be blind copied on each sent email.

Try looking at the "Bcc all messages to" field located in settings > account > sending mail > composition defaults!

In my Dutch version nothing is filled in in the "Bcc all messages to" field. I cannot switch off or remove this field either.
