Firefox on iOS states "No saved passwords" despite my desktop having all passwords and sync turned on. Turning off sync, signing out and back in, deleting the app and reinstall, all did not resolve the issue.

Any help appreciated

Chosen solution

Yep! But thank you for trying Paul, appreciated.

Reporting that I've solved it though, I've been trying combinations of troubleshooting here's what ended up working:

Turn off password syncing (I turned off all items) Signing out of iOS Going to Desktop and connecting/syncing a new device via QR code . Everything worked.

No clue why this didn't happen previously, not sure if it was that qr code over the other methods, no clue why this time synced and other qr scans did not a couple days ago.

so if anyone else has this issue I can only encourage you to keep trying combinations of troubleshooting steps and hopefully one will work for you.

Hi Rich

Do you have passwords included as an item to sync from your other copy of Firefox?

Hey Paul Yes, I've also tried combinations of turning them off, or one off one on, to test as well. Unfortunately no luck so far

If you sign into your account at https://accounts.firefox.com, do you see both devices listed under Connected Services?
